He is survived by: his wife DeAnne Derrick of Granbury, TX; his children, Dayna Fain (Kody Fain), Harrison Fain of Eastland, TX, Neal Derrick, Jordan Derrick and Presley Derrick of Springdale, AR; and his sister Kathy Stasey (Joe Stasey) of Paluxy, TX.
