He was predeceased by : his parents, Bob Fields and Bonnie Fields; and his brother Bobby Wayne Fields. He is survived by : his wife Ginger Fields; his daughter Dana; his son-in-law Brad Moss; his sons, Tom Fields, Aleasha Dugan and Brodie McBeath (Kristen); his great grandchildren, Kamryn and Landry; his grandchildren, Hunter Fields (Taylor Worthington), Ryan Fields (Hailey Kapcsos), Cannon Moore (Haylee) and Cait Moore; his aunt Pat; his uncle Glen; and also Brittanie McBeath.
