He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert "Buddy" White and Zayne Ann White. He is survived by: his wife Valerie S Kocak; his children, Mandi White of Fort Worth and Taylor White of Cleburne; his stepdaughter Stephanie Kocak of Arlington; his granddaughter Layla Kocak of Arlington; his sister Cindy; and his brother-in-law Randy Woolsey of Fort Worth. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
