He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Horton and Mattie Horton. He is survived by: his children, Jaclyn Horton, Michael Horton, Christine Horton, Davis Foote and Sarah Foote; and his sibling Janet Lilly (Randy). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
