He is survived by: his wife Judy Nicolai; his children, Julie (Thomas Milligan), Jimmy (Julie Bender), Anthony Bender and Laurie (Don Studer); his grandchildren, Ashley, Justin, Zach, Dana, Brady, Addison, Charlie, Tyler, Hailey and Luke; and his sisters, Virginia Bender and Anne Lethert. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
