He was predeceased by : his parents, Oscar Nelson and Esther Helser (Vorwald) of Dubuque, IA; and his sisters, Jeanette Elgin and Darlene Allendorf. He is survived by : his wife Christin Nelson; and his brother LeRoy Nelson of Dubuque, IA.. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 11 great grandchild and 2 great great grandchildren, his family and friends.
