He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas William Facemyer and Pauline Bell Poarch; and his brothers, Tommy Jr. Facemyer (Kelly), David Dwayne Facemyer and Gerald Facemyer.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Felicita Ramirez; his children, Kodie (Derrick Whitfield) and David (Jamie Withrow); his grandchildren, Madison, Claire, Elle Whitfield, Camrie Crumley and Jax Facemyer; and his nephew Gabriel Facemyer. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
