He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wise and Nadine Baker Wise; his brother Glenn Wise; his brother-in-law Stanley Zapatka; and his grandson Mathew Perry.
He is survived by: his wife Gari Perry Wise; his children, John Wise, III (Darrin Skinner) and Angela Wise Rothstein (Kevin Rothstein); his stepson Michael Perry; his grandchildren, Blythe Wise, Timothy Wright (Amanda), Jeremy O'Neill (Skylar) and Richard Perry; and his sisters-in-law, Linda Wise and Dee Zapatka.
