He was predeceased by: his parents, William S. Lowe, Sr. and Lillie Biggs Lowe; his daughter Lisa Allen; his sister Janet Massey; and his grandson Paul Baffi (Janie Lowe).
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Lowe; his sons, Terry Lowe (Becky) and Brad Lowe; and his stepdaughters, Lisa Humphreys (Mark), Lynda Leach (Barry) and Lynette Elkins (Danny).
