With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Willie Wayne Whitley (Granbury, Texas), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 20, 2025 at the age of 92. He is survived by: his wife LaNell; his children, Tim Whitley, Pam, Brendan Kelly, Wendy and David Tipton; his grandchildren, Russell (Amanda), Riley, Katie, Garrett, Olivia (Marion), Whitley and Emily; his great grandchildren, Logan, DeaShawn, Rileighanna, Jaxxon, Macie, Kahmilla, Ari and Elijah; his siblings, Margaret, Mary, Steve and Danny; and his sister-in-law Glenda.

Visitation was held on Monday, November 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Wiley Funeral Home & Cremation Services – Granbury (400 W US Hwy 377, Granbury, TX 76048). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Waples Baptist Church (1200 Temple Hall Hwy, Granbury, TX 76049).
