He is survived by: his wife Lydia Hernández; his children, Gloria Vines (Gregg) of Aledo, Liza DeLeon (Joe) of Hutto and Jonathan Hernández, Jr. (Leslee) of Grand Prairie, Texas; his grandchildren, Marisa, Cristina, Daniel, Josiah DeLeon, Jonathan III, Joshua and Lilliana Hernández; his stepgrandchildren, Jason Vines (Brandy), Jaime Ball (Barret) and Jacob Vines (Emily); his stepgreat-grandchildren, Creek of Azle, TX., Kord Vines of Azle, TX., Brayden of Azle, TX., Bryn of Azle, TX., Bennett Ball of Azle, TX., Reagan of Azle, TX., Petyon Vines of Azle, TX., Lainey of Azle, TX., Jude of Azle, TX. and Emalee Gentry of Azle, TX.; his brother Oscar Hernández (Minnie); his sister-in-law Sylvia Rogers; and his nieces and nephews, Miriam Garcia, Marie Purdom (Joel), Carlos III, Oscar Carlos, Danny (Myra), Joel (Heather) and Stephen Hernández.
