He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Philpot; his children, Cindy Philpot of Grand Prairie, TX and Tim; his daughter-in-law Lareasa Philpot of Fort Worth, TX; his grandsons, Austin Philpot of Fort Worth and Aaron Philpot of Fort Worth; and his siblings, John Philpot and Barbara Sellers of Oklahoma.
