She is survived by: her children, Vicky Montes De Oca, Rick Mendoza and Joanna Matthews; and her grandchildren, Ivan, Emily, Israel Montes De Oca, Edyn, Cate, Audrey, Jonah "JJ" Mendoza, Ava, Josiah Montes De Oca, Manuel Bances, Mario Galindo and Esperanza Maquin.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM and on Friday, November 21st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A graveside service was held on Friday, November 21st 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Grand Prairie Memorial Gardens (3001 S Belt Line Rd, Grand Prairie, TX 75052).
