He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucille High and Jarald High; his daughter Kristi High; and his siblings, Gene High and Charliene Hamilton.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy High (Hill); his children, Brandon High (Kellie) and Cheri Ramsey (Troy); his grandchildren, Krysta Ramsey, Kendall Boyd (Jonathan), Katie Ramsey, Jordan Arbuthnot (Christian), Jacob Ramsey (Anneka), Joshua Ramsey, DJ Ramsey, Darcy High, Paisley DeHart and Nathan High; and his great grandchildren, Charlee, Karter and Lynley. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
In recognition of his lifelong contributions to aviation maintenance, he was awarded the prestigious "Charles Taylor Master Mechanic Award".
