He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Smith and Eva Lee Smith; and his siblings, Jack Smith, Jacqueleen Walker and Juadeen Nolan.
He is survived by: his wife Melissa Savage Smith of Grand Saline; his son Blake Smith (Anna Chantae) of Piedmont, OK; his stepdaughter Shantelle Denby (Racheal Reynolds) of New Hampshire; his sisters, Edwyna Rumbo of Terrell and Janie French of Winston-Salem, NC; and his granddaughter Addilyn Blakley. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
