He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Blanchard and Elizabeth West; and his sisters, Claudia Mae West Tabraham and Joan Lee West Young. He is survived by: his sister Betty Ann West Wilson (Lloyd) of Chandler, AZ; and his children, Tommy F. West of Florida and Dina C. West Harger (John) of Fruitvale.
