He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Ray Watters and Medora Mae Watters; his stepmother Montine Watters; his sister Olivia Brown; and his stepsiblings, Joe Bob Young and Nancy Crowe.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Kay Watters; his children, Ray Glenn Watters, Gay Lynn Milner (Don), Tara Humphreys (Louis) and Jeff Raymond (Holly); his grandchildren, Leanne Guhl, Kevin, Zach Watters, Sarah, Jake Milner, Jazmene, Erin Humphreys, Mindy, Trace Humphreys, Katie, Aaron Young, Brittany, Madalyn Raymond, Beck Raymond and Bristol Raymond; his great grandchildren, Adrian, Marina, Dayton and Colson; his sister Carol Johnson (Tommy); and his brother-in-law Pat Brown. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of other friends.
