He is survived by: his wife Linda Faye Starkey Willis; his siblings, Linda Ann (David Waller) and Larry (Pam Willis); his children, Stephanie (Robert Verner) and Jeff (Stephanie Willis); his grandchildren, Ashlie (Greg Jackson), Elizabeth (Kash Ousley), Carmen (Logan Cooley), Mason Verner and Ellis Verner; and his great grandchildren, Alaina, Kayla, Brenton, Weston, Stetson and Blakelee.
