He was predeceased by: his parents, Ewar Nelson and Willie May Nelson; and his brothers, Don and Johnnie. He is survived by: his daughters, Cowana Stewart, Regina Nelson and Ewana Nelson Glass (DeMarcus); and his brother Joe Nelson.
