She was predeceased by: her pets, Keya and Bella. She is survived by: her husband David; her children, Kristina and Devin; her children-in-law, Dario and Anna; her grandchildren, Gabe, Mateo, Dominic, Bernie and Lawrence; her parents, Chuck Sickels (Shirley) and Donna Garrett; her sister Gail Waddle; and her siblings-in-law, Kenny, Steven (Lori Sefton) and Myra (Dan Farris). She is also survived by nieces, nephews; as well as cousins.
A graveside service will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Parker Cemetery (615 Co Rd 2305, Grapeland, TX 75844).
Her photography grew into fine art wildlife work and conservation, and her donated art raised tens of thousands of dollars for charity. She never turned down a request for a donation.
