She was predeceased by: her father John A. Skeen; and her siblings, John Skeen, Jr., Howell Clifford Skeen and Patricia Lynn Skeen. She is survived by: her husband Richard "Rusty" Burke; her mother Anne Skeen; her stepchildren, Kayla Burke and Ross Burke; her sister Stephanie Spears; her grandchildren, Ryden, Ellie and Kylie Burke; her pets, Jax and Roxie; her close friend Kevin Cahoon; Kim. She is also survived by other family members, and a host of friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the First Baptist Church - Grapeland (408 W Chestnut St, Grapeland, TX 75844). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at the Dailey Cemetery (10 miles west of Grapeland off of Fm 227, Grapeland, TX).
In accordance with Stacy's love for animals, in lieu of flowers, donations can be directed towards your local animal shelter.
