He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Marks and Betty Lou Blankenship Marks; and his sisters, Martha Ann Marks and Louise Marks. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Hicks; his children, Rodney Earl Hicks (Chianti "Nikki") of Arlington, TX, Cecil Michelle Marks of Desoto, TX and Demetra Rochelle Marks of Dallas, TX; his sisters, Ethel Ashley (Patrick) of Lancaster, TX, Valerie Marks of Monroe, LA and Marie Marks of Mer Rouge, LA; and his uncle David Blankenship. He is also survived by grandchildren; six (6) great-grandchildren; three (3) brothers.
