He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Neal and Major Ree Neal; and his siblings, Harold and Ann. He is survived by: his wife Londa Neal; his daughters, Janet, Angelica and Cassandra; and his sister Evelyn. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 14th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Grand Hall (636 S Main St, Grapevine, TX 76051). A committal service will be held on Wednesday, January 14th 2026 from 3:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the Grapevine Cemetery N Dooley (908 Spring Creek Dr, Grapevine, TX 76051).
