With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cleotis Brown of Grapevine, Texas, who passed away on May 7, 2026 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Rance Brown and Henrietta Hutton; his brothers, Curtis and Israel; and his son Rance Brown.
He is survived by: his wife Daphne Brown; his children, Caroline Jackson, Annette Charles and John Wallace; his children-in-law, David Jackson, Conroy Charles, Jennifer Wallace and Mon Thai; his grandchildren, Patricia Kumm, Christopher Johnson, Sydney Jackson, Evan Charles, Camryn Wallace and Andrew Wallace; and his great grandchild Mason Kumm.
In lieu of flowers, the family has established a Go Fund Me that will benefit students at the Flankers Primary and Junior High School in Flankers, Jamaica.
