He is survived by: his wife Sandra Cooper Honolka; his children, Susan Missimo (Derek) and Danny Honolka (Carrie); his grandchildren, Gabriella Missimo, Alexis Missimo, Carson Honolka and Cayden Honolka; and his siblings, Pat Shaver, Don Honolka (Sharon) and Tom Honolka (Leslie).
