He was predeceased by: his wife Janice Rose Fulton; his son Ronnie Fulton; and his parents, Ora Lee Fulton and Carl Fulton. He is survived by: his sons, Rick Fulton and Kent Fulton; his grandchildren, Ryan Phillips, Kevin Phillips and April Fulton; and his great grandchildren, Wyatt, Dylan, Garrett, Isabel, Michael and Liam.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Meridian First Baptist Church (207 N Hill St, Meridian, TX 76665).
