She was predeceased by: her husband David Farrell. She is survived by: her daughters, Kristy Farrell and Erica Reynoso; her stepchildren, Heidi Domer and Michael Farrell; her mother Ilene Jones; and her brothers, Michael "Mike" Jones and Robert "Bobby" Jones. She is also survived by six grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made in Kathie's name to Cook Children's Health Foundation, in honor of her many years of loving volunteer service caring for and comforting babies.
