With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Olivia Rose Machakos of Grapevine, Texas, born in Manchester, New Hampshire, who passed away on July 28, 2025 at the age of 24. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Jim and Ruth Machakos. She is survived by: her parents, Jim Machakos and Tracy Machakos; her sister Libby Machakos (Alex Kelley); and her grandparents, Ron and Kathy Butler.
