He is survived by: his daughters, Marsha Smith and Heather Wheaton; his sons-in-law, Timmy Smith and Dirk Wheaton; his grandsons, Max Smith, Huntter Smith and Drew Wheaton; and his great grandchildren, River Soroko-Smith and Sophia Soroko-Smith.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Rausch Funeral Home-Owings (8325 Mt Harmony Ln, Owings, MD 20736). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Emmanuel United Methodist Church (1250 Emmanuel Church Rd, Huntingtown, MD 20639). A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Rose Hill Cemetery (600 S Potomac St, Hagerstown, MD 21740).
