He was predeceased by: his mother Ola Dell Chisom (Atkins). He is survived by: his father Clarence Chisom; his siblings, Sonia Reid and Curtis Chisom; his siblings' children, Roslyn Moore, Brianna Williams, Kurtis Chisom and Khristian Chisom; and his great-nephew Jordan Moore. He is also survived by loving relatives and friends.
