She was predeceased by: her parents, Essie Kathleen Nowland and Richard Elmo Scarbrough; her siblings, Richard Scarbrough and Barbara Tipps; and her son-in-law Roy Rouser.

She is survived by: her daughters, Cindy Rouser, Donna Gail Rose and Debbie Dooley (Gary); her grandchildren, Jason Mark Rouser, Kelley, Jeremy Wayne Rouser, Brandi, Christopher Paul Rose, Amber, Crystal Cook, Artie, Jennifer Woods, Dylan, Robert Dooley, Kasey, Megan Begando and Ryan Begando; her great grandchildren, Brantley Crouch, Hunter Rose, Ethan Cook, Ayden Cook, Deacon Cook, Beau Woods, Benji Woods, Kynsli Dooley, Lane Dooley, Wade Rouser and Caleb Rouser; and her siblings, Paula Adamson (Tom), Carolyn Caldwell, Charles Scarbrough and Judy Etheridge. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.
