He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Henry Mahrer and Brunine Giordona Piatti; and his sister Maria Mahrer Lollar. He is survived by: his wife Glenda Bryant; his sons, Matthew and Mark; and his siblings, James, William, Jerry and Sheryl Mahrer Coffey. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and feline companions.
A rosary was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the St. William Catholic Church (4300 Stuart St, Greenville, TX 75401). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 9:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
