He is survived by: his wife Sue Denton of Greenville; his children, David Denton of Davie, Florida and Shelly Gray of Dallas, Texas; and his siblings, Jack Denton Jr. of Wichita Falls, Texas, Wilma Ruth Johnson of Oklahoma City and Dorothy Erickson of Utah. He is also survived by three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
