He is survived by: his wife Carla Proctor; his children, Shaun Proctor (Lynn), Chris Proctor (Rachel) and Misti Dunnuck (Justin Nokes); and his grandchildren, Adam, Andy, Brennan, Erickson, Klara, Lily, Madison, Marley and Mason. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
