He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Pete, Opal Warren and Chad. He is survived by: his mother Brenda Kay Warren Walker of Groesbeck; his wife Tobie Walker; his children, Ethan Walker, Rylee, Charlee and Tulsa June Walker of Groesbeck; his father Mike Walker; and his grandparents, Dennis and Barbara Walker of Groesbeck. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

After Chad's life of service to his family, friends, and the public, he has given the ultimate gift through the donation of his organs to help keep others alive.
