He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Lynch and Dora Lynch (French); his wife Wanda Lynch; his children, Dora Lynch, Diana "Snooks" Lynch and Billy Lynch, Jr.; and his siblings, James Donald Lynch, Carl Lynch, Douglas Lynch, Debbie Lynch, Kay Francis Maxwell and Brenda Lynch.
He is survived by: his daughters, Mary Hudson of Groves and Loretta Lynch; his grandchildren, Wanda Hartford, Winter Whitley, Jeremy Hudson and Alexis Penning; his great grandchildren, Brittany Moore, Gabriel Hartford, Sierria Townsend, Mark Daniel, River Dylan, Logan Allan, Christian Kohler and Kimani Patterson; and his siblings, Jack Lynch (Janice) of Port Neches, Morris Edward Lynch (Patsy) of Nederland and Peggy Fontenot of Nederland. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family.
