She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Lopez Valenciano and Josephine Rosalie Anselmo Valenciano; her sister Angela Valenciano; and her brother-in-law O. W. Withrow. She is survived by: her daughters, Jamie Hargrave (Robbie) and Lori Hazlerig (Eliott); her grandchildren, Jordon Hargrave (Brianna), Brittany Garoutte (Harley), Brianna Hargrave (Hagen), Cody Hargrave, Makenzi Hargrave and Jake Whitehead; her great grandchildren, Trevor, Tatum, Emma, Zane and Wrenly; her nephews, Bryan Withrow, Ralph Valeniano and Ben Miller; and her sisters, Pam Withrow, Paula Miller (L. J.) and Joann Worley.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association in Charline Allen's name.
