He is survived by: his wife Donna Tomplait; his daughters, Jennifer Hart and Crystal Dubois (Chad); his grandsons, Hunter and Rex Dubois; and his siblings, Renee Hedges (Martin) and Todd Tomplait (Tammy). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
