She was predeceased by: her parents, Simon Bettencourt and Beatrice Bettencourt. She is survived by: her sister Jo Evelyn; her daughters, Kelli Bland (Chris Owen) of Austin and Kassi Snider (Travis) of Cleburne, Texas.; her grandchildren, Camden, Avery, Emmett and Hazel; her sisters, Jodi Hill and Kathy Chapman (Don); and her nieces, Lexie, Courtney, Ashleigh and Brittany. She is also survived by other extended family and countless friends that Debbie dearly loved as her own family.
