She is survived by: her children, Kay Block Bourghs (Larry) of Groves, Evelyn Jo Block Story (Micki) of Groves and Lane Block (Tiffany) of Groves; her grandsons, Aaron Choate (Diann) and Cory James (Heather); her great grandchildren, Ethan Choate and Coltin Choate; Andrew, Leo and Virginia. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
