He was predeceased by: his mother Helen Castille (Vigneaux); his wife Sally Lewis (Bordonaro); and his brother William Marvin Lewis. He is survived by: his father Elmer William Lewis; his daughters, Marilyn (Roy Goeddertz) and Wendi (Brett Walker); and his sisters, Sue (David Garcia) and Wanda Chumley. He is also survived by six grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, and a host of other family and friends.
