It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fred Hebert Jr. of Groves, Texas, who passed away on November 28, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his daughter Freda Nichols; his siblings, Linda Umphrey, Barbara Schoenberg and Gerald Hebert; and his parents, Fred Hebert, and Louise Hebert, Sr..
He is survived by: his wife Judy Delaune Hebert of Groves; his granddaughter Cassie Car Freeman (Bradley) of Bridge City; his great grandchild Raelyn Freeman of Bridge City; his stepgrandchildren, Faith Alexandria Baldwin, Trey Baldwin of Huntsville and Darrien Lawrence of Pierre; his stepdaughters, Christen Hamberlin-Brown (Steven) of Austin and Carrie Faith Baldwin of Pierre; his sister Patricia Gillespie (Hugh) of Groesbeck, Texas; and his brother-in-law Dane Umphrey of LaBelle, Texas. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
