He is survived by: his children, Gayle Felps of Groves, Kay Godwin of Groves, Douglas Powell of Winnie and Michael Powell (Martha) of LaGrange, Texas; his grandchildren, Tammy Landry (Gary Garcia), Doug Powell, Jr., Bobby Powell (Amber), Cheryl Felps, Carrie Banuelos (Rey), Cheri Sanford (Bobby), Crystal Godwin, Jessica Andres (Travis) and Keith Powell (Gabby); his great grandchildren, Macey Rakestraw, Chandler Landry, Kelbi Powell, Brice Powell, Haegon Powell, Adyn Sanford, Isabella Sanford, Tomas Banuelos, Ezequiel Banuelos, Jordan Andres and Price Powell; and his great great grandchild Emersyn Powell.
