He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert V. Faulk and Mary Ellen Abshire; and his brother Robert Faulk. He is survived by: his children, John O'Neal Faulk Jr. (Tammy) of Nederland, Texas and Jacqueline Mary Ogg (Steve) of Orangefield, Texas; his grandchildren, Scott Nichols, Amber Phelps (Aaron), Timothy Faulk, Kelli Faulk, Caleb Roberts (Paislee) and Keylie Wood (Jordan); his great grandchildren, Kiley, Hayden, Brylee, Peyton, Brysen, Kambree and Kannon; and his sisters, Vivian Hoffpauir and Diana Gail Vincent.
