She was predeceased by: her parents, Shelby Bennett Gee, Sr. and Loraine Gee. She is survived by: her grandchildren, CJ Howton, Jr. (Hanna), Wyatt Hawsey, Rachel Jones and Jordan Jones; her children-in-law, Warren Jones of Manvel and Melissa Hawsey of Port Neches; her husband Joe Douglas Hawsey; her children, Michael Hawsey and Jodee Jones; and her brothers, James Madison "Jimmy" Gee and Shelby Bennett Gee, Jr..
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Melancon Levingston Funeral Home (5601 39th St, Groves, TX 77619). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at the Greenlawn Memorial Park (3900 Twin City Hwy, Groves, TX 77619).
