He was predeceased by: his parents, Melba Frank and Charles Frank; his siblings, Mihail, Kerry Frank and Kenneth Frank; and his granddaughter Adalyn Thibodeaux.
He is survived by: his daughter Michelle Baird of Dublin, GA; his stepchildren, Erin Thibodeaux (Brandon) of China, TX and Quentin Ebner (Kimberly) of Hamshire, TX; his grandchildren, Arilyn Erickson, Gavin Erickson, Jack DeHart, Parks Baird, Lily Baird, Katelyn Ebner, Jacob Ebner, Cooper Ebner, Aubrey Thibodeaux and Grayson Thibodeaux; and his siblings, David Kirt Frank and Kriste Bossley.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to Hope for HIE (hopeforhie.org) as a show of love for his bond with Aubrey, or the Michael J. Fox Foundation (michaeljfox.org) to continue the fight against Parkinson's Disease.
