He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Moses and Willie Mae Brown Moses; his wife Maurine Juanita Moses; and his son Duane Spence. He is survived by: his daughter Debbie Faust (Byron) of Slidell, Louisiana; his siblings, Lois Zimmerman of Alexandria, Eva Joyce Bishop of Huntsville, Alabama and Samuel Truman Moses (Sammy) of Shreveport, Louisiana; and his grandchildren, Keith Spence, Sean Spence, Chad Spence, Whitney Knight and Kelsey Uchiyama.
