He is survived by: his wife Janice Rae Taylor of Damon; his children, Delbert "Brian" Taylor (Casey), Jason Charles Taylor (Unrhea) and Angela Renee Proveaux (Anthony Marc); his grandchildren, Tristan Taylor, Adrian Proveaux, Cameron Johnson and Teagan Taylor; and his nephew William Charles Winn, III. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
