He is survived by: his father Clement Trlicek; his wife Glenda Zappe Trlicek; his children, Jeff Trlicek (Tara Sitka Trlicek) and Kimberly Trlicek Hoke (John Hoke); his grandchildren, Dylan Hoke (Taylor), Rhett Trlicek, Rylee Trlicek, Kyna Hoke and Brandt Trlicek; his great grandchild Porter Lincoln Hoke; and his brothers, Clement Lee Trlicek (Jo Ann) of La Grange and Jim Trlicek (Earline) of La Grange.
