He is survived by: his children, Charlette Boyd (Bruce) of Hamilton and Curtis Dale (Barbara) of Hawley; his grandchildren, J'Lynn Ritch of Cincinnati, Brice Boyd (Sutton) of Houston, Caden and Carson Creach of Hawley; his great grandchildren, Ada'Lynn and Adam of Ohio; and his sisters, Sissy Duke of Joshua and Denise Bewley of Ft Worth.
Memorial Donations may be made to Methodist Children's Home in Waco or West Texas Rehab Center in Abilene.
